DADDY Magazine presents The Land Remembers, an exhibition that examines the ongoing realities of "waste colonialism"". That term describes the systemic exportation of waste from the Global North to the Global South, which results in the material consequences of overconsumption being simply displaced rather than truly resolved.

Matt Lambert is a Berlin-based filmmaker, photographer, creative director, and curator whose work centres around queer history and contemporary identity. 'IF YOU CAN REACH MY HEART YOU CAN KEEP IT' is the first act of a three-part film series featuring collaborations with Arca, Bruce LaBruce, Juliana Huxtable and many more.

On Thursday, Schwarz Contemporary presents Julia Woronowicz's ‘Secret Meeting’. THe exhibition peeks into the history of the mysterious Mazonic matrilinear culture , which inhabited the Polish lands during the first millennium AD. The opening reception and performance also features costumes by Berlin/Poznań sustainable clothing brand Halo Labels.

On Thursday evening, Coro Wine & Vinyl offers an evening of experimental art exhibition & tattoos. Pen Tests is inspired by the "accidental" art of testing a pen in a stationery shop combined with the "intentional" permanence of tattooing. XJazz Weekender

XJAZZ! WEEKENDER kicks off this weekend for four days of music across several Berlin venues, including the Emmauskirche, Festsaal Kreuzberg, and Adidas Sports Base. Everything kicks off with an intimate organ-and-flute performance, before moving over to a Refuge Worldwide radio takeover. Check out the Moses Yoofee Trio on Friday, or head to the late-night party at Marmor Bar on Saturday before closing the weekend out with a dance and DJ collective session on Sunday.
